Customer Reviews
Decent value for security
I bought the ICON 2-5/16 during a seasonal sale, mainly because I saw it was discounted. It was definitely more expensive than some other options, but the claims of power tool resistance made me consider it worth the extra cost. Shipping was free, which helped offset the price a bit, and it got here in about 5 days. The lock itself feels very heavy-duty and well-built. I registered the keys online easily. Overall, for the security it offers, especially with the discount, I felt it was a good investment to protect my RV.
Super tough lock!
I ordered the ICON 2.5 inch for my boat trailer and wow, this thing is a beast! It arrived in 6 days which was faster than I thought. The hardened steel really gives me peace of mind, and it fits perfectly. I was looking for something power tool resistant, and this definitely looks the part. My old lock felt so flimsy compared to this. I'm telling all my friends with trailers about Altor Locks; this is the real deal!
Solid choice, again
This was my third time ordering from Altor Locks, I picked up a keyed alike set this time for my utility trailer and my flatbed. I've had an ICON 2 inch for a few years now, and it's held up great, even through a couple of rough winters. The new locks arrived in about a week, same as my previous orders. They feel just as sturdy and well-made as always. It's nice to have consistent quality, and not having to worry about separate keys for each trailer is a big plus. Always a reliable purchase from them.
Good lock, felt secure
I got the ICON 2.0 a few weeks ago for my enclosed trailer. It came pretty quick, maybe 4 days. It feels really solid, way better than my old one. Made me feel a lot better about leaving the trailer parked out there.
